"Brilliant virtuosity, knowing musicianship and freshness of conception inform every succession of sound which issue from Tara O'Connor's flute.  She must be heard to be believed." - Milton Babbit

"There's a quickness in his playing, a fluidity, that, if thought of as a quality in a conversationalist, would translate into being able to express any thought by picking just the right word with ease. It's not easy, of course, except when you're the grateful listener." - Philadelphia Inquirer

Flutist Tara Helen O'Connor is a charismatic performer sought after for her unusual artistic depth, brilliant technique and colorful tone in music of every era.  Tara is a member of the innovative woodwind quintet Windscape, a founding member of the 1995 Naumburg Award winning New Millennium Ensemble, and the flute soloist of the world renowned Bach Aria Group.

Pianist Jeremy Denk has a wide-ranging career.  In 1997, he won the Young Concert Artists Auditions, and the Avery Fisher Career Grant, and since then has appeared with many major orchestras, including the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Dallas Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony, the San Francisco Symphony, the St. Louis Symphony, the London Philharmonia, and the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra.  His repertoire runs from Bach to Ligeti, with stops all in between; he is currently set to release a debut solo CD of Bach Partitas.  An avid chamber music practicioner, he has collaborated with many leading musicians.
